A little about me: Mary Bond

I am an amateur potter based in rural Devon, UK. I have trained through evening classes and am also self-taught.

I love the versatility of clay and that it’s such a very basic raw material. As I manipulate the clay on my wheel I am aware that I am involved in a process that has been going on for thousands of years around the world. Pottery is a common thread of humanity.

My inspiration comes from the colours and forms of creation.

I sell at craft fairs and am a member of the Westcountry Potters Association. Here’s the link
